Elinor died in 1795 and in her will she left: £1 each to the three children of her son John William; £15 to here granddaughter Elinor, daughter of Rees David Rowland; £1 to her grandson William, son of Rees David Rowland; £1-10s to her daughter Ann, wife of Rees David Rowland; 10s. each to her sons Evan Williams and John Williams and her daughter Jennet, wife of Morgan Charles; the residue to her son William Williams.
